Terms and Conditions - Brand Ambassador Program

 

By participating in the Brand Ambassador Program ("Program") offered by [Your Brand Name], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Responsibilities:

a. As a Brand Ambassador, you are expected to represent “Football Is Sexy” in a positive and professional manner at all times.

b. You should promote the brand authentically and genuinely believe in the products and services offered.

c. You must adhere to the values and principles of  “Football Is Sexy”, including being kind, respectful, and inclusive towards all individuals.

d. Brand Ambassadors should not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of  “Football Is Sexy”.

 

2. Promotion and Content:

a. Brand Ambassadors are encouraged to create and share content related to  “Football Is Sexy” on their social media platforms.

b. All content created and shared should align with the brand's guidelines and should not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.

c. Brand Ambassadors should disclose their affiliation with  “Football Is Sexy” when promoting or endorsing the brand.

 

3. Content Usage: You grant  “Football Is Sexy” the permission to use any content in which  “Football Is Sexy” is tagged. This content may be utilized on our social media platforms, advertisements, and other media channels as deemed appropriate by  “Football Is Sexy”. Should you wish to exclude specific content from this agreement, you must communicate this directly to us via email.

 

4. Termination:

a. “Football Is Sexy” reserves the right to terminate a Brand Ambassador's participation in the Program at any time, without prior notice, if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

b. Brand Ambassadors may also choose to voluntarily withdraw from the Program by notifying  “Football Is Sexy” in writing.

 

5. Modification of Terms:

 “Football Is Sexy” reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Brand Ambassadors via email or other appropriate means.

 

By participating in the Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your participation in the Program.

Discount Code: As a member of our advocate or champion programs, you will receive a unique referral link. This link can be incorporated into your Linktree, social media profiles, or any other platforms you use. It will allow us to track purchases made through your recommendation.
